The double axel chassis of Quadro 9/170 and its 4 wheels trolley increase the machine's portability and provide it with high level of stability during the operation. Quadro 9/170 is specially designed for tough industrial applications so it is equipped with large gears and oil housing, powerful plunger pump, robust chassis and trolley manufactured by rotational molding technique and strong shock absorbing buffers. All the components of machine which are in contact with water are made of stainless steel or forged special brass alloy so the machine failure due to corrosion is impossible.
Water tank, water cushion between the high pressure seals, a fabric sleeve and Teflon graphite backing ring on each plunger serve to protect the pump against overheating, high friction, sucked in air and lack of water and considerable increase the service life of the system.
