The DM30ECOZ22 vacuum
cleaner is an explosion proof industrial vacuum cleaner which is single phase
machine that is compact and powerful. This is used various types of industries
for cleaning and collecting wet and dry materials. It has been designed for
collecting non explosive both wet and dry materials in zone 22 explosive
atmospheres; these places have ignition solid material. The DM30ECOZ22 has been
equipped with ATEX certificated side channel blower. It means this blower has
been isolated completely and the machine can vacuum solids and liquids. Also there
is a silent and maintenance free turbine motor that is suitable for operating continuously
duty applications. According to the situation of the atmosphere it will be
available in mono phase or three phase version. All of the components of the
device were connected to each other and eventually are connected to ground, so
that the static load is discharged to the ground.
The ATEX explosion vacuum cleaner is made of steel body and stainless steel container. The stainless steel will be resistant against the corrosive materials and it can be detached easily for unloading, moreover it is possible to install a bag inside the tank for secure collecting of hazardous dusts. This machine is mounted on a steel chassis with rotating wheels, thus is included in user friendly device. There are control unit and on / off switches on the DM30ECOZ22 which they are ATEX certificated.
The DM30ECOZ22 has an anti static star filter that is in M class range with high surface. It is able to trap fine dusts as small as 1 micron, so the filtering unit has a great performance and increases the safety and reliability of the vacuum cleaner and the safety filter, HEPA, improve the suction unit protection. The high efficiency filtration section will be cleaned by a manual and integrated filter shaker and the debris will remove from the filter pores.
