M1 is a rollover car wash machine designed by Istobal company. With a compact galvanized steel frame, all part and components of this machine are solid but attractive. All part and equipments assemble on the framework of the machine. The cars place on the Specified location and then the equipments of car wash move forward and backward on the rail, washing, brushing and drying the surfaces of the machine. Every step of cleaning operation can be done by moving the device once. Two vertical brushes in two-way side brush the car body with Complete overlapping scrub. The brushes are made from polyethylene to prevent of car damages. The tilt of these brushes can be controlled during the wash process, improving quality and precision. One horizontal brush is also used to wash car roof. There are many nozzles on the M1 car wash to clean the car with high quality. They are used for spraying shampoo and water during the rinsing step to maximize performance, minimize consumption and optimize product application. Six nozzles on the structure spray shampoo toward the brushes with 3 bar pressures and 5.82 L/min flow. Also, two nozzles with 19.6 L/min flow and 3 bar pressure are used to spray water on the Car body. They rinse the car and remove any dirt from it. For fast drying the surfaces of cars, wax is sprayed by using the nozzles. M1 automatic car wash has the PLC with unified modules and flexible configuration possibilities for optional extras. The PLC controller checks the received data from the sensor and codes and then determine step of cleaning operation.
