Duemila D is an industrial sweeper with a cleaning width of
2 meters and performs efficiently in cleaning vast environments. As a diesel
sweeper, Duemila D has a theoretical efficiency of 21 thousand meters per hour
and is suitable for cleaning cement and ceramic factories, airports, steel
industries, casting and street cleaning. The machine takes advantage of a dust
buster system which is located on side brushes which helps it collect and
control dust and debris in the environment. In order to filter dust and prevent
in from returning into the environment, the machine is equipped with a parallel
pocket filter made of polyester, with an anti-static cover and filtration level
of 16 square meter, which helps it vacuum efficiently.
The filter is equipped with an electric filter shaker system
which cleans it; however, the task can be done by a vacuum cleaner and without
removing the filter. The central brush has a counter-clock-wise rotation which
makes the best use of the waste container capacity. The waste container has a
capacity of 470 liters and is equipped with a hydraulic jack which lifts it up
to 158 cm and facilitates emptying it. The improved steel chassis and body of
this sweeper qualify it for heavy tasks and large, solid, super elastic tires
help it, move smoothly over different surfaces.
Furthermore, since the side brushes are retractable, they won’t collide with obstacles around them. The machine can be guided and controlled very easily by the operator through the hydraulic controlling system and the operator’s seat and the steering wheel can be adjusted to provide the operator with more convenience, and all these have facilitated the operator’s work and lead to less fatigue. The seat is placed in the front of the machine and the operator has a suitable view of the environment.
