Super Boxer D ride-on sweeper which is
equipped with a diesel engine manufactured by Lombardini company is one of the
most efficient ride-on scrubbers offered by RCM company of Italy. As a strong
and resistant machine with a cleaning width of 1550 mm and theoretical
efficiency of 12400 square meters, can be a good choice for deep cleaning in
places such as warehouses, large industrial environments, cement and ceramic
factories, steel mills and railroad stations. Cleaning operation is done by the
central brush and side brushes whose height can be adjusted according to the
height of the surface. The side brushes are equipped with two centrifugal
vacuum motors which prevent dust particles from getting airborne while cleaning.
Super Boxer D filtration system s equipped
with parallel pocket filters made of polyester, with an anti-static cover and
filtration level of 11.1 provides a high filtration level that prevents dust
from coming back to the environment. Central brush has a counter-clock-wise rotation
and moves the dust and debris into the waste container while using the
container’s capacity in an optimized way. The waste container is lifted by a
hydraulic jack up to 43.1 meters and lets go of the garbage safely. The steel
chassis and retractable side brushes empower the machine and in case of any
collisions with the nearby obstacles protect the machine from possible damages.
The wheels are equipped with solid, super elastic tires which are
puncture-proof.
Super Boxer D has an engineered design, as a result of which different components are easily accessible, therefore service and maintenance can be done very easily and in the least possible time.
